  • Payment terms will be outlined in the contract and may include progress payments, milestone payments, or a final payment upon project completion.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acme Construction from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions or omissions.
  • All designs, plans, and other intellectual property created by Acme Construction shall remain the property of Acme Construction.
  • Either party may terminate this agreement for cause upon written notice if the other party materially breaches any of the terms. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date.
  • Acme Construction shall maintain general liability and workers’ compensation insurance throughout the duration of the project. Proof of insurance shall be provided upon request.
  • The client shall provide Acme Construction with timely access to the project site and comply with all local laws and regulations.
  • Acme Construction shall adhere to all applicable safety standards and regulations. The client shall be responsible for ensuring that the site is safe for work.
  • Both parties agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of the project strictly confidential, except as required by law.
  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or litigation, as specified in the contract.
  • Acme Construction shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or labor strikes.
  • If any provision of these Terms of Service is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
